The NMC BLOK3 18 piece electrical lockout pouch kit is an abrasion-resistant red nylon zippered pouch that provides portable access to lockout devices, including three types of circuit breaker lockouts, an electric switch lockout, and a plug lockout to help prevent unauthorized access to a variety of electricity sources. It has a 1-1/2" lockout hasp with the capacity for six padlocks (additional padlocks sold separately), providing the ability to require multiple authorizations for access to one locked-out device or energy source. It comes with one laminated steel padlock to help prevent unauthorized access to potential hazards, and 10 vinyl tags that read "Do No Operate," with a red, white, and black "Danger" logo on both sides, and lined areas for writing task-specific details on the back. This pouch is part of a lockout/tagout (LOTO) safety procedure required at facilities where multiple devices and energy sources need to be isolated during maintenance and repair.
